If you’re struggling in the fitness department, the reason may be personal: You’re picking the wrong kind of exercise for your personality. Your birth month—and, thus, your astrological sign—may be a good way to help you find the right fit. We checked in with astrologer and ayurvedic yoga instructor Lexie Neonakis and astrologer John Marchesella to get a feel for your personality, and Greg Justice, an exercise physiologist at AYC Fitness in Kansas City, helped tailor workouts to your type.
